The Lutsen House
The Lutsen House is the perfect Lake Superior getaway for that special retreat - whether one couple or two, a group of friends or a family. Located right on the shoreline of Lake Superior, you will experience a sun-rise to sun-set landscape. The Lutsen location makes this special home convenient for year round outdoor activities Lutsen is known for. Three bedrooms, a comfortable dining and rec area - complete with fireplace and year round sun room provides for a wonderful setting. Also, there is free wifi access. Please note - The Lutsen House does not allow pets and is a smoke-free property.

Our Deposit Policy

One night deposit is required for all off site properties.
It is also required for midweek reservations of two or more days.
Prepayment in its entirety is required for all Christmas/New Year's reservations, and is due by 11/1 or at the time reservation is made if after 11/1.
Single midweek reservations require a credit card guarantee.
Your room will be guaranteed until 4:00 pm on your arrival date.
If you need to cancel a single midweek reservation, and do not cancel by 4:00 pm, you will be responsible for the cost of the room.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 45 days or more prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in its entirety.
Reservations cancelled 14-44 days prior to the arrival date, your deposit is refunded less 50%
Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date, or early check-out, the deposit in non-refundable.
The deposit and cancellation policy is in effect for reservations regardless of circumstance
